All our staff, educators, and associates must treat children with respect and dignity.Any form of abuse—physical, emotional, or verbal—is strictly prohibited.Educators must maintain a professional relationship with students, ensuring appropriate communication and interactions.Personal information about children and their families must be kept confidential and used only for educational purposes.Any form of discrimination, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.

Online Safety Measures
All virtual classes and interactions will be conducted on secure platforms with appropriate access controls.Recording of sessions will only be done for safety and training purposes.Educators will use child friendly language and content, ensuring an age appropriate learning environment.Personal contact details of students and teachers will not be shared.

Parental Involvement and Consent
Regular updates and communication will be maintained with parents regarding their child's progress and safety.Parents are encouraged to report any concerns regarding their child’s safety.

Reporting and Addressing Concerns
We have zero tolerance policy for child abuse, bullying, and misconduct.
Any concerns or incidents must be reported immediately to our designated Child Safety Officer via email at ask.klariti@gmail.com.
All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
Corrective actions, including disciplinary measures, will be taken if required.
